Born in Mexico but raised in KC, I embarked on the pursuit of the American dream, working in corporate offices for tech giants. Despite success, grief haunted me—losing my father in college and my partner to suicide. In my quest for healing, I discovered yoga and mindfulness, finding solace in embodied movement and self-compassion. Through this journey, I unearthed a profound love for myself, realizing that my struggles had a purpose: to illuminate the path to healing for others. Driven by this revelation, I abandoned corporate life to dedicate myself to guiding others towards peace and acceptance.
