Intro to Ashtanga

This energetic, heat building class will introduce you to the ashtanga vinyasa system of postures, breath, and bandhas(energetic locks). In this class you will be guided through a selection of the standing, seated, and closing inversion postures of the ashtanga primary series. You will learn ujjayi breath technique and be shown both modifications and the full expressions of the postures to experience and gain an understanding of what is appropriate for you and your practice.
