Qi is the vital life force that flows within our energy pathways, known as meridians. This energy is a free resource that we have the ability to tap into any time we need it. This 6-week course will blend Qigong & Restorative Yoga to cultivate our Qi within. Some of the benefits of Qi cultivation include stress & tension relief, improved sleep quality, better digestion, and boosting the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Our focus in this series will be on the spring season, governed by the wood element. Each week will layer upon itself, helping students learn how to stay balanced & healthy throughout spring. Movement and postures will help support the liver and gallbladder, as these organs are associated with the wood element. This meditative, invigorating practice will bring harmony to any level of practitioner.
