This bright and flowing 60 minute class is designed for students who enjoy a faster paced practice.  With a focus on linking prana (life force or breath) with movement you will build wonderful heat that radiates from the inside allowing for deep stretches, detoxification and powerful moving meditation. You will feel nourished, tranquil and empowered as we wind down into finishing postures.  A basic knowledge of yoga is encouraged for this class and students are prompted to make personal modifications to suit their level.
