This 60 minute class works from the ground up. Classes begin with breath work and a gentle warm up. There is an integration of basic postures, and the opportunity for more experienced practitioners of yoga to take modifications that suit their practice. You will experience the combination of vinyasa flow (breath to movement) and restorative practices (relaxing poses that are held longer).
